1. Scope
These terms govern the use of Synadesk, a product of NeuraTech AG, unless an individually signed agreement provides otherwise.
General Terms and Conditions
These terms describe the public basis for Synadesk. The data processing agreement (DPA) automatically forms part of the contract with every subscription. Individual customer contracts, individually signed DPAs and quotes take precedence. Last updated: 28 July 2026.
This is a convenience translation. The German version is legally binding.
2. Service
Synadesk provides an AI employee for front-office work on websites; in every plan, the phone channel can additionally be activated. The service takes in requests, asks follow-up questions, books, reschedules or cancels appointments, carries out further approved actions via connected systems and hands cases over to the customer's team.
3. AI disclosure and limits
Synadesk is clearly labelled as AI. Answers and prepared actions may contain errors. Customers remain responsible for professional, legal, medical, tax or other binding decisions.
4. Customer obligations
Customers provide accurate company data, website domains, content, privacy information as well as the credentials, tokens, provider rights and approvals they store for connected systems in the customer account.
5. Subscriptions, prices and payment
Public plans are stated in CHF; taxes are stated additionally. Optional setup for the guided connection of complex systems as well as individual special services may be charged separately (self-service is the standard and free of charge). Plan activation takes place in the customer account by credit card (Stripe) or via an individual written quote.
6. Money-back guarantee
Within 30 days of the first activation of a paid subscription, the customer may withdraw without giving reasons and receives a full refund of the subscription and any phone activation fee already paid. An email to hello@synadesk.ai is sufficient. The guarantee applies once per business; it is excluded if a subscription is reactivated after an earlier refund.
7. Term and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are paid one year in advance and can be cancelled with effect from the end of that paid year; beyond this there is no minimum term. Cancellation takes place in the customer account via the payment portal or in writing by email. Periods already paid remain usable until their end; there is no pro-rata refund – subject to the money-back guarantee under clause 6. The free trial runs without a time limit and never converts into a paid subscription unrequested; it ends only when you take out a subscription yourself.
8. Integrations
Integrations are activated for the approved front-office tasks based on the stored credentials and a passed connection test.
9. Availability, support and operations
NeuraTech AG strives for stable operations. Maintenance, security measures, provider outages or changes to third-party APIs may affect availability. Support is provided by email; replies usually within 24 hours on business days. Fixed response times (SLA) are not part of the public plans.
10. Data protection and confidentiality
The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy, the automatically applicable data processing agreement (DPA) and the customer-specific approvals.
11. End of contract and data
When the contract ends, the customer account is closed. Customers can retrieve their data beforehand via the data export in the customer account. After closure, personal data is deleted in accordance with the periods described in the privacy policy, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NeuraTech AG is liable only for direct damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. The total liability arising from or in connection with Synadesk is – to the extent permitted by law – limited to the fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the damaging event; liability for indirect damage, consequential damage and lost profit is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains reserved.
13. Changes to these terms
NeuraTech AG may amend these terms, for example for new features, legal requirements or price changes. Material changes are announced to active customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Customers who do not accept a material change may cancel with effect from the date it takes effect.
14. Final provisions
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, where permissible, Zug, Switzerland. Individual contracts take precedence over these public terms.
