Integrations

Connect the systems your front office works with.

Give your AI front-office employee the working access for real tasks: calendars for appointments, email for handovers, webhooks for your own systems, and business systems for status enquiries and quote drafts.

Available out of the box

Synadesk booking & team handover

Synadesk booking and team handover are included in every plan and need no external provider. Your AI employee can select the services you have set up and book, reschedule or cancel matching appointments. In your customer account you configure services, availability, team inbox and the allowed website domain.

  • Availability
  • Booking
  • Rescheduling
  • Handover email to your team
  • Cockpit handover

Next step: Set up services, team inbox and the allowed website domain in your customer account.

Connect with your account – test before go-live

Google Calendar, Microsoft Bookings, API/webhook

Google Calendar contributes availability and receives Synadesk bookings back as events. Microsoft Bookings handles availability and booking for the Bookings service selected in your customer account; this integration does not offer free service selection in the conversation. Systems that process the documented Synadesk webhook payloads directly or through an adapter receive completed requests via webhook/API (including via Zapier, Make or n8n).

  • Google Calendar
  • Microsoft Bookings
  • API/webhook

Next step: Connect your calendar via login or store a webhook URL plus key, then test the connection.

Beta – verify the connection

bexio

The bexio connector is wired into Synadesk. You connect your own bexio account; before go-live you verify permissions, data scopes and the status or draft tasks you want.

  • bexio

Next step: Connect your bexio account and test permissions, data scopes and tasks.

Individual integration project – not available today

PROFFIX, Abacus, SAP

There are no activatable standard integrations for these systems today. On request, we assess an individual integration project against interface, permissions and concrete front-office tasks.

  • PROFFIX
  • Abacus
  • SAP

Next step: Have your system and tasks assessed as a separate integration project.

How a connection goes live

You set up Google Calendar, Microsoft Bookings and webhook/API yourself in your customer account – store the access, test the connection, define the tasks. bexio is wired up as a beta connector and needs a test of your permissions, data scopes and tasks before use. PROFFIX, Abacus and SAP are not activatable standard integrations today; on request, we assess an individual integration project instead.

  • 1. Choose Google Calendar, Microsoft Bookings, webhook/API or bexio.
  • 2. Connect your own account or system in your customer account.
  • 3. Test the connection and the tasks you need.
  • 4. Have PROFFIX, Abacus or SAP assessed as an individual integration project only.
