Google Calendar contributes availability and receives Synadesk bookings back as events. Microsoft Bookings handles availability and booking for the Bookings service selected in your customer account; this integration does not offer free service selection in the conversation. Systems that process the documented Synadesk webhook payloads directly or through an adapter receive completed requests via webhook/API (including via Zapier, Make or n8n).

How a connection goes live
You set up Google Calendar, Microsoft Bookings and webhook/API yourself in your customer account – connect the account or enter the webhook details, test the connection and define the tasks. bexio is available as a beta connector and requires you to test permissions, data scopes and tasks before use. PROFFIX, Abacus and SAP are not activatable standard integrations today; on request, we assess an individual integration project instead.
