How do I access the partner area?
Once your partner access has been activated, you will receive a welcome email. At app.synadesk.ai/partner, sign in without a password using your registered email address and the one-time code sent by email. Access is limited to activated partners.

How do I get access to the customer account?
When you work in the Synadesk account, the customer specifically invites you as a team member. The invitation applies only to this customer account and can be revoked by the customer at any time.
How is a customer attributed to me?
Through your personal partner link, a direct email invitation, a partner code or a QR code. With a partner link, your code may remain stored in the same browser for up to 90 days from the last visit through a correctly formatted partner link, provided browser storage is available. A later partner link may replace the stored code. The partner terms govern the final attribution.
Where can I see my commission?
In the partner area you see the customers you have referred and every single commission with its status: earned, payable, paid out.
When is commission paid out?
Payouts are made by bank transfer, around 60 days after the customer invoice is paid and once your balance reaches CHF 100 or EUR 100 per currency (separately, without conversion). Smaller amounts remain and are included in the next payout. Before the first payout, we verify your payout details once.
Is there a minimum revenue requirement?
No. You decide how actively you recommend Synadesk.
