Your customers contract directly with NeuraTech AG and pay by credit card via Stripe. You sell nothing on your own account and carry no collection risk.
You refer in the way that suits you: via your personal link (attribution up to 90 days after the first visit), via a direct email invitation (attribution runs on the invited address – even on a different device), via your partner code to type in, or via a QR code for business cards, flyers and on-site.
In the partner area you see the customers you have referred and every single commission with its status: earned, payable, paid out.
Payouts are made manually by bank transfer, around 60 days after the customer invoice is paid and once your balance reaches CHF 100. Before the first payout we verify your payout details once – as a company with a UID (Swiss business identification number) or as a natural person with a self-employment confirmation from your AHV (Swiss social insurance) compensation office. Your balance never expires: smaller amounts stay put and grow until the next payout.
Setup, knowledge upkeep and ongoing support are services you may offer and bill to your customers yourself – Synadesk remains the product, you remain the point of contact.
Worked example with the Pro subscription (CHF 590/month, net): 20 % is CHF 118.00 per customer per month. Your actual earnings depend on the plan mix and on your customers' eligible, paid invoices.
